(Two days in 3 months, on 2nd and 4th Saturday)

2. Yog Chikitsa Shibir and Ayurvedic Panchakarma: (Spanning a duration of 5 days)

21st to 25th September 2011
21st to 25th December 2011.
Includes: Yogasana, pranayama, bandh, mudra, nadi shuddhis, dhyana dharanas, ayervedic panchakarma. Yogic and ayurvedic meals would be provided.

3. Adhyatmic Yog Shibir: (Spans 3 days)
21st to 23rd January 2011
22nd to 24th April 2011

4. Vipashyana Dhyana Shibir: (Spanning 8 days)
12th to 19th February, 2011
14th to 21st May 2011

5. Kundalini Yoga Shibir: ( 8 days)
12th to 19th November 2011
Entry Fee for the Shibir includes:
Accomodation, Food, (For 8 days vipashyana, kundalini yoga and 5days yoga chikitsa shibir)
